Designed for focused flying

Keep the simulator view clear while PlaneAssist handles the essentials.

PlaneAssist gives you a practical second-screen cockpit for Microsoft Flight Simulator. Use it to read key instruments, search the map, adjust aircraft systems, and manage autopilot values without interrupting the flight.

How it works

Start flying with PlaneAssist in four steps.

Plane Assist 2.0 connects directly to Microsoft Flight Simulator, so there is no separate server app to run. The first time you start Plane Assist on the PC with MSFS, it configures simulator remote access for phones and tablets on the same local network.

  1. Install the Windows package. This installs the Windows version of PlaneAssist.
  2. Launch Microsoft Flight Simulator. Start the simulator before connecting the companion app.
  3. Run Plane Assist. Start Plane Assist on the same PC as Microsoft Flight Simulator so it can connect directly to the simulator.
  4. Connect from a mobile device (optional). Open the mobile app on the same local network as the PC running Microsoft Flight Simulator, then use it as a companion control surface while you fly.
